Adam Metal enchances Series 213 with
one-piece end, internal brackets
One
of Adam Metal's most popular fixtures, our 213 (555) fixture
has received a face lift of sorts. Within the next few months,
Adam Metal's pre-painted 22 gauge three piece 213 series end
will be replaced with a powder coated 20 gauge one piece end.
This new one piece end, available only in white, will become
Adam Metal's standard end for the 213 series. All chrome,
brass, oak and walnut ends will remain as three piece ends.
All of the ends listed, less the slide-on ends, will still
have an option to have a tapped hole on the socket plate for
a tamper proof or regular screw.
Slide-on
ends: Adam Metal has developed a new slide-on end, see below.
These new ends, also powder coated, have a special internal
bracket which will eliminate the purchase, installation and
visibilty of hardware used to attach the ends to the housing.
Mouse
hole ends are available in all versions mentioned above. When
using a 7/8 conduit for power through the end of the fixture,
this mouse hole will allow removal of the end.
Snap-on sockets. The 213 Series socket plate has also been
updated to include rear snap-in sockets for both 1 or 2 lamp
applications. These rear snap-in sockets are a labor saver
as the hardware needed for the old sockets is no longer required,
plus the snap-in sockets are priced much more competitively.
